Arjun's Divya astras

Question.

I have read in one version that Arjun went to heaven and received all the Divya astras from Devs. Now, if Arjun had all the Divya astras, why could he not counter:

1. Bhargav astra shot by Karna.

2. Nagastra shot by Karna. ( Krishna made the chariot sink in ground to save Arjun ).

3. Naryan astra shot by Ashwattama.

4. In some versions, Karna shoots Vaisnav astra which Arjun could not counter so Krishna had to stop it.

In any field "whether it’s a population of a country or an army the criteria is quality not quantity. Same is the case of divayastras. Arjuna indeed had divyastras but they were large in number ie quantity not quality. Basis on this he could render some fluke victories like Virat yuddha etc over the Kaurava army including Bheeshma Karna etc. But when Karna was at his best Arjuna did not have it in him to defeat Karna. The Mahabharata confirms Arjunas inability to duplicate his achievement at Virata. When Arjuna departed from the world Yudhishthira made it clear to Bhima that Arjuna was a vain boaster who said he could finish the war in one day hence dies becoz of that fault. His divine chariot also got blasted to pieces after the war when Krishna left the chariot. That means Shri Krishna was protecting him. When you are comparing 2 people in any field any profession you have to judge them by their greatest performances. If I am comparing Pierce Brosnan with Daniel Craig I have to see Brosnan at his blazing best ie as James Bond. I cant quote his performance in Mrs Doubtfire or Remington Steele. Similarly when comparing Albert Einstein with Isaac Newton I have to quote them at their greatest discoveries ie theory of relativity and theory of gravity rather than judging them by their high school projects. Arjunas incapability to nullify these weapons of Karna etc is proof that what head of the ISKON temple Srila Prabhupada said “Bheeshma Drona Karna where like timingala fish who could swallow Arjuna easily is completely true. If I am not mistaken he had said this on the basis of studying the Srimad Bhagwat puran

Thanks. I always thought the same but I wanted other people's ideas. Lord Krishna had performed his lilas to send message to us all. Krishna created Pandavs and Kauravs. Lord Krishna made Kaurav warriors such as Bhisma, Dorana, Karna, Duryodone superior to Pandavs. But, Lord Krishna showed us all that Pandavs were following Dharma. Even though adharma seemed stronger, I ( Krishna ) is always on Dharma side and will make them victorious.
Lord Krishna could have defeated any warrior easily. ( Lord Krishna defeated Bhamasur and Banasur being lot greater than Bhisma, Dorna and Karna ) But, Lord Krishna makes Pandav break rules in order to win. This was a message for Lord that when you know that your enemies are cheating and you are fighting for what is rightfully yours, I will forgive you for breaking rules.
    Jai Sri Krishna.

  3. No battle, even between very unmatched foes is completely predictable, One great quality of the original Mahabharat is a sort of 'genuine' feel in its characters & story buildup, hence, most of such duels between heroes are messy, fast & rarely predictable. However, one thing the original Mahabharta text makes clear is the unmatched superiority of Arjuna in astra combat and unmatched superiority of Bhima in shastra (melee) combat. Anecdotes like you mention are derivative and not present as in the same form in Mahabharata. e.g. Arjuna can counter narayana astra with the even more powerful Pashupat, but won't do so unless other means are exhausted (due to explicit warning he recieved against misusing devastras). Karna, Drona, Ashwathama etc. were well aware that it was adharma to use these celestial weapons against humans, but they did that anyway. This in no way makes them more powerful than Arjuna. One major reason for these non-canon anecdotes is to shore up the character of Krishna as someone omnipotent (while in the original he is more like a glorified middleman with brief sparkles of divinity) or that of karna. If you want to stick to the facts in mahabharat, Karna himself is no superior of Bhima in archery, let alone Arjuna. You can see ample proof of that in drona parva from the original text (http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/m07/index.htm - english transliteration). Here Bhima & karna fight 5 duels, the former roundly defeats Karna in first four and is forced to withdraw in the final one as he is already injured - having just destroyed the kaurava elephant army single handedly.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Please read my earlier comment on reason behind such non-canon anecdotes of Karna being more powerful than Arjuna etc. As far as original Mahabharat itself is concerned, Karna is nowhere near Arjuna in power, he can barely keep up with Bhima in archery. Below are the facts -
English transliteration of original Mahabharat text -
    1.Bhima delivers a humiliating defeat on Drona - http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/m07/m07123.htm
2.Bhima defeats Karna 4 times in a row - http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/m07/m07130.htm - Bhima spares his life each time due to Arjuna's vow to kill Karna himself. Bhima does fall unconscious & withdraws in the 5th duel, but thats because Bhima was already injured before that last duel, having just decimated the entire Kaurava elephant army. The derivative anecdotes (with motives either to boost Kara's character as a tragic-hero or Krishna's role as an omnipotent deity), ignore the first 4 karna-bhima duels while just mention how karna spared bhima in the 5th one.

I do not agree with you on this topic. The Divya astras that Arjun had belonged to regular devas. Arjun had Brahma astra and Pasupasat astra but they were not more powerful than Narayan astra. Narayan astra and Pasupasat astra were even.
Bhisma, Dorna and Karna did not just use those astras without knowing. Arjun was not the greatest and he did not hold the astras to glorify Krishna. It was other way around.
Bhim and Arjun were not the greatest. There were many warriors that were even greater. If Arjun and Bhim were greatest than, there was no reason to bend the rules. Arjun had to rely on Shikandi to defeat Bhisma, Dorna, Duryodone and Karna were killed by breaking rules. If these heroes were so great, this was not necessary.
Krishna had performed his lilas. He has said in Baghwat Gita that when Adharm is greater than Dharm than I come to this Yuug to balance the power. If these heroes were so great than Krishna did not need to come. Krishna made adharm stronger to give us lessons on what to do if we ever run into these problems.

We cannot depend on one book for the information. How do you know about the original MB. There are other MB also that were translated from Sanscrit. The one that you have read was translated by KMG for Queen Victoria so it got famous but that does not mean that it is the original.
You have said that Pasupast is more powerful. God is one so he has Narayan astra and Pasupast astra which are equal. In Baghwat Puran, when Bolenath shoots Pasupasat astra at Sri Krishna, Krishna counters it by Narayan astra. Since we are both going by different books, there could be no debate so I do not wish to debate with you further. Thanks.

If Pashupat astra is what you guys are discussing then let me tell you that Karna too had the Pashupat astra. Below incident reveals it
“O bull of Bharata’s race, and supported by many Kuru heroes and many mighty Madraka car-warriors, protected Karna while the latter was engaged in battle with the Pandavas, the Pancalas, the Cedis, and Satyaki. Destroying that vast division with his sharp arrows, and crushing many foremost of car-warriors Karna succeeded in afflicting Yudhishthira., Karna caused his friends great joy.
The son of Radha then, that crusher of foes, turning back from the pursuit, quickly covered Bhima himself with sharp arrows from every side. Then Satyaki, of immeasurable soul, O Bharata, placing himself on the side of Bhima’s car, began to afflict Karna who was in front of Bhima.
Karna too, otherwise called Vaikartana, O Bharata, in that battle, resisted Bhimasena, and the Karushas, the Kaikayas, and the Srinjayas
Sanjaya said, ‘Meanwhile Vikartana himself, resisting Bhimasena supported by the Pancalas and the Cedis and the Kaikayas, covered him with many arrows. In the very sight of Bhimasena, Karna, slew in that battle many mighty car-warriors among the Cedis, the Karushas, and the Srinjayas. Then Bhimasena, avoiding Karna, that best of car-warriors, proceeded against the Kaurava troops like a blazing fire towards a heap of dry grass The son of Radha, too, O monarch, singly resisted the Pancalas and the Pandavas and the (five) sons of Draupadi and Yudhamanyu and the mighty car-warrior Satyaki, in consequence of which feat he became the cynosure of all eyes.
Yonder Karna urges forward the mighty car-warriors of the Dhartarashtras towards the son of Pritha with the weapons called Sthunakarna, Indrasjaha and Pasupata,” Quote end
( here its sanctioned by Ganguli that Karna too had Pashupat astra. But there is no record of Arjuna having Bhargava astra which Karna had)

  8. Hi All

Bheeshma, Drona and Karna were the students of Lord Parashuram who is an avatar and not arrogant like an ordinary human teacher (Drona deliberaty held info from Arjun which is why he had to go to Lord Indra). Being bhagvan Lord Parashuram would surely have taught them everything including knowledge of ALL Divyastras and strategies (which is why Bheeshma was able to draw against him and Karna is said to be his equal). This also means that Bheeshma and Karna also knew about chakravyuh as well.

I beleive during the war divyastras weren't used at first (except against individual powerful warriors) because they are basically WMD's which could potentially destroy the whole world. However I believe that some of them were definetly used indiscrimently during the 14th-15th days of the war when it was basically a big slaughter.

    Here is why:
    Arjun's divine chariot being destroyed.
The sheer number of soldiers killed in a couple of days (14th-15th days).
After Mahabharat nobody left alive with knowledge on Divyastras/Vimans,etc.

In the KMG version in the Stree/Shanti Parva's the number of dead is around numbered 1.5 billion. This is way more then the number of soldiers in the armies. I think it includes civilians that would have been killed by WMD's.
This would also explain why there are no archeological sites of any big cities like Hastinapur only small towns. (The only big city discovered is Dwarika).

Basically I believe that the world was destroyed during Mahabharat and Lord Krishna saved the Pandavs to rebuild it.

    Thanks
    Prahalad

  9. i agree with alok word to word. arjuna wasnt inferior to karna nor karna was superior to abhimanyu who brutally crushed karna twice before succumbing to unfair tactics.i think if you talk about bowmen then abhimanyu was peerless,a touch better than even arjuna.

  10. Below is Karna valour extract from Ganguly. " O bull of Bharata’s race, and supported by many Kuru heroes and many mighty Madraka car-warriors, protected Karna while the latter was engaged in battle with the Pandavas, the Pancalas, the Cedis, and Satyaki. Destroying that vast division with his sharp arrows, and crushing many foremost of car-warriors Karna succeeded in afflicting Yudhishthira. Cutting off the armour, the weapons, and the bodies of thousands of foes and slaying his foes by thousands and sending them to heaven and making them earn great fame, Karna caused his friends great joy. Pandavas definitely include Arjuna as well.

  11. Mr. Alok has thrown out a challenge that Karna defeating Bhima is false
if you think otherwise, please provide me a reference from the epic – parva, khanda & shloka no. – dont refer to a secondhand webpage or book by someone who hasnt actually read the epic). I will quote the great sanskrit scholar C. Rajagopalachari. ( Rajaji as he was called ) Just for your knowledge below are his credentials “ In 1951, Rajaji wrote an abridged retelling of the Mahabharata in English,[115][116] followed by one of the Ramayana in 1957.[116][70] Earlier, in 1961, he had translated Kambar's Tamil Ramayana into English.[117] In 1965, he translated the Thirukkural into English.[citation required] He also wrote books on the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads in English and Socrates, and Marcus Aurelius in Tamil.[118] Rajaji often regarded his literary works as the best service he had rendered to the people.[6] In 1958, he was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award [69] Rajaji was one of the founders of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, an organisation dedicated to the promotion of education and Indian culture.[119]. In 1959 the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan published his book: "Hinduism: Doctrine and Way of Life". Apart from his literary works, Rajagopalachari also composed a devotional song Kurai Onrum Illai devoted to Lord Krishna.[120] This song was set to music and is a regular in most Carnatic concerts. Rajagopalachari composed a benediction hymn which was sung by M. S. Subbulakshmi at the United Nations General Assembly in 1967.[121]
In C. Raja Gopalacharis translation in chapter 87 titled pledge respected He makes it very clear that its Karna who spared Bhimas life. True Bhima did give Karna a tough time but in the end its Karna who prevailed.

Bhima was the bravest of the brave and definately has registered upperhands in duels with Karna. But there are also records of Karna doing the same. In all fairness a duel between Karna and Bhima cannot be taken seriously in competency evaluation becoz both these gentleman had no intention to kill each other. Karnas licence to kill was revoked by mother Kunti and Bhima from his point of view could not kill Karna as Arjuna vow would be nullieifed. Coming to Arjuna before the final battle Shri Krishna said that I rate the son of Radha as your equal or perhaps your superior. Hence a debate between Karna and Arjuna should start in the note whether Karna was superior to Arjuna or equal to Arjuna . Karna being inferior to Arjuna has been completely rubbished by Shri Krishna

You said that in Karna-arjuna fight, the only instance when karna had a upper hand was when fired nagastra, have you heard of some thing called Bhargavaastra ?,

One more thing about karna VS bheema fight, only in the 14th day karna was defeated by bheema many times, But karna defeated bhim everyday from 14th day. which is 14th,15th,16th and 17th.
Also karna won a many on one fight with Bheema around 7 vs 1 fight with with bheema. karna defeated all of them including bheema.

    1. Can you cite lines from K.M. Ganguly edition of the Mahabharata that Karna defeated Bhima everyday from the 14th to 17th days ? I think Chapter 50 of Book 8 of the Mahabhata of K.M. Ganguly narrates Karna's defeat at the hand of Bhima which was the event after the 14th day.

  15. hi,
    reg your questions
Arjuna is greater than Karna in all respects. He has defeated karna many times before mahabhrata war.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Lord krishna said to arjun that karna is either superior or equal to you because he (lord krishna) did not want arjun to be proud, as arjuna defeated karna so many times before mahabharat war that he was feeling overconfident about his victory, so to bring him out of that overconfidence and to make him serious about battle lord krishna said this, plus lord krishna is also spiritual guru of arjuna and in spiritualism ahamkar is considered very bad so he wanted arjun to be humble and consider himself on weaker side otherwise lord krishna knew that arjun is superior because he proved it so many times.

A question is asked about karna using celestial weapons and arjun not countering them, arjun had appropriate astras to counter them but those astras were not preferred in normal situations as they could cause lot of damage so arjun preferred not to use them. to counter nagastra arjun had narayanastra but he didn't use it plus he had pashupat astra which was most powerful weapon but shiva himself said to arjun to try not using it for not enough reason as it could "destroy the world in blink of an eye".
so arjun did not use these weapons but other warriors were not so great.

  17. Mr. Amarjit most of your points have been already discussed and answered in this blog. Your point on Shri Krishna saying that before Karna –Arjuna final HE said I rate Karna as your equal or perhaps your superior – the reason was that he did not want Arjun to be proud as Arjuna had defeated Karna earlier that he was feeling overconfident. This point can be easily nullified by following points. Arjuna at Kurukshetra had fought many warriors whom he had defeated earlier. Eg jayadratha , Duryodhana. There is no record of Lord Krishna declaring them as his equal. In rating Arjunas opponent as his equal or superior Shri Krishna starts and stops with Karna. Before the battle Krishna also said Karna was known as Vrisha ie sympathetic towards his enemies and Karna proved Krishna correct by not rendering Arjuna unconscious and not attacking him despite both Krishna and Arjuna making it clear to him that they wont respect the rules of battle. Second point is that Shri Krishna repeated this even after the battle of Kurukshetra ie when Karna was already dead and Duryodhana was dying. He further gave proof to Arjuna after the war when he alighted from Arjunas chariot and Arjunas chariot which was a divine chariot burst in flames. Even in the final journey of the Pandavas when Arjuna fell Yudhishthira told Bhima that Arjuna was a vain boaster who thought he could end the war in one day hence he falls due to that fault. Yudhishthira had reached the perfection as a dharmatma and a satyavadi at that stage. His analysis cannot be wrong. Your excuse for Arjuna is either 2 edged or non contextual. Let me anaylise your statement “ arjun had appropriate astras to counter them but those astras were not preferred in normal situations as they could cause lot of damage so arjun preferred not to use them. to counter nagastra arjun had narayanastra but he didn’t use it plus he had pashupat astra which was most powerful weapon but shiva himself said to arjun to try not using it for not enough reason as it could “destroy the world in blink of an eye”. Point no1 its already been proved that Karna too had pashupat astra and Pashupat astra is pashupat astra whether Karna is firing it or Arjuna is firing it. Point no 2 You say that Arjuna did not fire those weapons those could cause lot of damage so arjuna preferred not to use them. – These weapons were there with Karna also. He too had Brahmastra, Bhargava astra and pashupat astra. He didn’t keep firing them all the time and face temporary defeat or inconvenience hence by the same logic Karnas greatness also need not be hampered. There is no record of Arjuna posessing or nullifying any Vishnu related weapon. Arjuna was known to fire divine weapons at unarmed opponents also. Karna was unarmed and was killed by anjalika astra. When Arjunas opponent fires a super powered divine weapon Arjuna was known to fire its counter weapon without any hesitation if he possessed it. Proof when Ashwatthama fired the Brahmastra Arjuna without hesitation fired his brahmastra to answer it because he had the brahmastra. Brahmastra is also a powerful weapon which can cause a lot of damage. Were Arjunas hesitancy to prevent damage here?. When narayana astra was fired he had no answer that’s why he did not fire back. Many years after Pandavas had departed from the world
Ved Vyasa son Shukadeva also said the same thing to Pareksheet the grandson of Arjuna that without Shri Krishnas help the Pandavas were incapable of winning the war

  18. So Mr Niraj, what is your justification of karna and all kaurav maharathis being defeated by arjuna in virat yuddha? and karna was defeated by chitrarath gandharva and he had to flee from battlefield leaving duryodhana in chtraratha's capture and then arjun and bhim faught gandharvas and defeated them.
pashupat astra could be given only by lord shiva and karna never got any boon from lord shiva so he did not have pashupat astra, yet he had brahmastra and he tried to invoke it in final battle with arjuna but forgot the mantra due to guru's curse. abhimanyu defeated karna and he had to retreat and later killed abhimanyu together with other maharathis. on 14th day when arjun was on jayadratha hunt he found karna in front of him, he then injured karna and broke his chariot, ashwtthama had to intervene to save karna.
srikrishna said this for karna only because arjun had a very low feeling of karna because of being him a sutputra while others he defeated he still respscted them because they were kshatriyas, lord krishna wanted arjun to respect him so he said this.
you said that Yudhishthira told Bhima that Arjuna was a vain boaster who thought he could end the war in one day hence he falls due to that fault.
the fact is that the kind of powers arjun had what he thaught was true but as i said earlier that their last journey was a spiritual journey and any kind of ahankar is not accepted there even if it's a true thaught

in dharma and intelect bhishma is no less than yudhishthir. And bhishma said to duryodhan about karna that " your friend (karna) is proudy, arrogant and talkative, the day he comes in front of arjun, he will be killed.
after arjun got pashupatastra from shiva he proceeded to swarga where he received all celestial weapons including narayanastra from gods and then he defeated asuras to help devas so your saying that arjuna did not have narayanastra is not true.
Karna being more powerful than arjun is an illusion which was created in medieval age by krishna bhakta people just to prove that without krishna's help arjun could not defeat karna, and now these ISCON people are doing the same thing, but if anybody without any prejudice looks into the facts he can understand the reality.
It is true than without srikrishna it was tough for pandavas to win because arjun would never kill bhishma pitamah and guru drona, and when kauravas started cheating it was only lord krishna who could answer them properly.
bhishma is equally capable as arjuna and far more capable than karna, i don't know why everybody here is trying to ignore him, even in his old age he was undefeated.

" Mr ALOK'S comments here are the best comments i ever got to read on this topic. He is absolutely knowledgeable and logical. you can disagree only if you fixed yourself to do so otherwise not. I have saved his comments in my notepad.

  19. Niraj you gave quote from KMG mahabharat, but here i want to clarify it,

Yonder Karna urges forward the mighty car-warriors of the Dhartarashtras towards the son of Pritha with the weapons called Sthunakarna, Indrasjaha and Pasupata,” Quote end

here it says towards the son of pritha (arjun) (who has) weapons called Sthunakarna, Indrasjaha and Pasupata,” Quote end

here it means that arjun had those weapons not karna.

other thing about arjuna's chariot burning. This chariot was given to arjuna by agni dev when arjun helped him to burn khandav van, so after mahabharat yuddha the purpose why it was given to arjun was fulfilled so it went back to agnidev, celestial weapons were not the reason, every night lord krishna left the chariot and went to sleep, why didn't it burn then ?

  20. Mr. Amarjit both you and I are ordinary mortals. Shree Krishna is God. His uttered statements don’t require proof from us. Karna himself was a mortal. But after what Krishna said about him Karna proved what Krishna was saying about him was true. Krishnas complete anaylisis about Karna was completely true right till his quality of respecting brahmins . A fact confirmed by an earlier incident when Indra came to beg the kavach disguised as a Brahmin knowing this quality of Karna. Coming to your ISKON comment. I agree to an extent that they too are not 100% authentic but they follow the Srimad bhagwat puraan which is more authentic than Mahabharat. A fact sanctioned by Chaitanya Mahaprabhu who has said that Srimad Bhagwatam is more authentic than Mahabharata. The arrival of all incarnations of Vishnu have been predicted in the Vedas below are the predictions of Chaitanya mahaprabhus arrival.

  22. question : -which highest order astra used in mahabhrat and by whom ?
answer :- Pashupathsathra by arjun. karan and bhisma didn't have it even though both were parshuram's student,
dron was amazed when he saw that ...he had braham dand (power of all devastra in one ) .. but never used ..
so when it comes to devastra in mahabhrat
    1.parshuram (have all and immortal)
    2.dron (have all but mortal)
3.arjun (have all except braham dand and mortal)
4.bhism(immortal and can handle any astra)
5.ashwashthama (immortal , narayanshtra and brhamstra)
    6.karan(had brahamstara, shakti and nagastra)

  23. Arjuna's Chariot Burning:

As far as I remember I read some text wherein it was mentioned that Arjun's Rath succummbed to flames only after the Divine Protecters left it for good...Protectors as in Lord Hanuman in Arjun's Pataka (Flag) placed over Chariot and Lord Krishna after the war was over. So when Lord Krishna went to sleep at night, Lord Hanuman was still there over the Chariot as Sankat Mochan. I hope that serves the justification.

Incident 4:Karna defeated & freightened by Abhimanyu in chakruvyuhu:

Hearing these words, Karna, afflicted with the shafts of Arjuna's son, once more said unto Drona, 'Exceedingly afflicted with the shafts of Abhimanyu, I am staying in battle, only because (as a warrior) I should stay here. Indeed, the arrows of this south of great energy are exceedingly fierce. Terrible as they are and possessed of the energy of fire, these arrows are weakening my heart.'

what Lord Krishna think of karna's bravery:

Krishna said(To Arjuna):.I swear by Truth to thee, O friend, that my limbs are burning at the thought that while the son of Subhadra was thus advancing, consuming the hostile army with his shafts, even on that occasion the wicked-souled Karna was engaged in acts of hostility to that hero,Unable, O Partha, to stay in that battle before Abhimanyu's face, mangled with the shafts of Subhadra's son, deprived of consciousness, and bathed in blood, Karna drew deep breaths, inflamed with rage. At last, afflicted with arrows, he was obliged to turn his back upon the field.

ACCORDING TO MY ANALYSIS OF THIS TRANSLATION IN THE FINAL BATTLE OF MAHABHARATA,ARJUNA & KARNA ASSAULTED EACH OTHER 35 TIMES WITH NUMEROUS, THOUSANDS & LAKHS OF ARROWS ………8 TIMES THEY NULLIFIED EACH OTHER ARROWS ,12 TIMES BOTH KARNA & ARJUNA PIERCED EACH OTHER BUT THE REMAINING 15 TIMES ARJUNA PIERCED KARNA IN EVERY PART OF HIS BODY & KARNA’S LIMBS,YOKE,STANDARD,STEEDS,CHARIOT WERE RIPPED APART & KARNA WAS LEFT MANGLED BATHED IN BLOOD & KARNA HAD NO ANSWER FOR ARJUNA’S ARROWS!!!

  26. All you Arjuna lovers are pathetic.
Even Krishna said karna was superior.
Imagine a battle in which karna did not give away his kavach kundal and add the vijaya bow to this combination.

Just see how pathetic pandavas are when their mother begged for their life to karna .

And in the karna parva it is clearly mentioned that karna won against bhima through ordinary means .This can only mean one thing that there was no battle of divyastras in which definately karna could have prevailed.

And it took bhima 14 days to defeat jarasandha whereas it didn't even take a day for karna to defeat him.

And as for gandharva parva ,it was never the intention of the gandharvas to defeat pandavas. If you read the story rightly it is mentioned that in the beginning karna gave a tough fight and reduced the gandharva armies to minimum but when they used illusions then he could not counter it but still rest of the kauravs fell unconsious whereas he wasn't and arjuna knew well about the gandharvas as he was in heaven with them so don't give any of your bs now karna haters.
